Fence on site in 24 to 48 hours
Panels, post driven chain link, windscreen and barricades for construction sites, events and emergency response across the Indianapolis metro and roughly 80 miles around downtown. One flat price, agreed before we set the first panel, and it covers taking the run back down.

Construction
Panels, post driven chain link, gates and windscreen for sites that keep changing. Moved the same day a superintendent asks.
Site fencing
Events
Barricades and panel runs set on your run of show, and pulled the hour the event ends.
Crowd control
Emergency
Tornado, fire and restoration work. Built to answer the call that came in this morning.
Rapid responseOne price. No rent clock.
The national companies make their margin after the fence is up. Rent that keeps running when your job runs long. A charge to come and collect it. A fee for every bent panel.
Richard prices the job once, up front, and the number includes the removal. If your schedule slips a month, the price does not move.

What goes on the ground
Four things, and the honest note on each. Anything not on this page is work we do not take, and we say so on the call rather than after the invoice.

Panels and stands
Six foot panels on sandbagged stands. Portable, quick to set, and easy for your own crew to shift a section when the site plan changes. This is where most jobs start.

Posts driven into the ground and chain link hung on them. It does not lift, slide or get walked through, which is what you want when the site has to stay closed overnight.

How a job actually runs
Ninety nine percent of what we do is business to business, so the process is built around a project manager who needs a number for a bid and a date he can hold a subcontractor to.
You tell us five things
Where the project is, what style of fence, how many linear feet, how many gates, and how long you need it. That is everything Richard needs to price it.
You get a number the same day
Verbally on the phone first, because you usually need it for a bid before you need it in writing. The written proposal follows.
We schedule the install
Twenty four to forty eight hours is the normal window. Emergency work moves faster, and more notice always makes the install cleaner.
We install and we stay reachable
If a gate has to move, a run has to be added or a section is in the way of a delivery, call and we come out. Same day for general contractors.
We pull it on your schedule
Not ours, and not for an extra fee. The removal was in the number you agreed at the start.
Loaded and out
Why a project manager keeps the number
Four things that are true about this company and are checkable, rather than four adjectives.
Umbrella, general liability, commercial auto and workers compensation, so we clear standard vendor requirements.
Ten plus years of permanent fence work behind every temporary install, and a family that has been doing this a lot longer.
Named in Where To Get Stuff Fixed in 2023.
We buy our own material direct rather than through a middle man, and the saving goes into the quote.
Eighty miles around downtown
We are out of Greenwood and we cover the Indianapolis metro plus roughly an eighty mile radius of downtown. If your project sits near the edge of that, call and ask. The answer is usually yes and it costs nothing to find out.

Tell us about the job
Five answers and Richard can price it. He handles every enquiry himself, and he treats almost all of them as urgent, because the ones that are not urgent are rare in this trade.
(317) 296-4015Weekdays, and on the weekend when a job needs it. Richard answers it himself.
